Information on temporary and regular use of municipal bicycle parking lots

There are two ways to use municipal bicycle parking facilities (fee-based):

● Casual Use

You pay a fee for each visit. The cost increases based on the duration of use.

● Subscription Use

By purchasing a subscription pass in advance for a specific period, you can use the facility for a fixed rate throughout that time. The daily cost for subscription use is lower than that for casual use. We encourage you to use this option if you regularly or continuously use a bicycle or motorized scooter for commuting to work or school.

※ No procedures are required to use free bicycle parking facilities.

※ If you are eligible for a fee exemption, you must submit a copy of a document proving your eligibility (such as a disability certificate). Please check here for exemption criteria.
※ Application procedures for subscriptions covering the March-April period may differ from the standard process. Details will be published on the Shizuoka City website around February each year.
