Municipal bicycle parking lot - Regular use information
This page provides information on regular applications from May to February.
Regarding applications for one-year passes at the beginning of the fiscal year (March to April), we plan to provide information on the Shizuoka City website in early February.

●Process until regular use begins
- Selecting a bicycle parking lot
- Submit a regular use application form and issue a regular use card
- Pay the fee and attach a regular parking ticket (sticker)
1. Selecting a bicycle parking lot
The following bicycle parking lots are available. Please check the location of the bicycle parking lot you would like to use and the types of vehicles that can be used before selecting one.
Please note that we only accept applications for bicycle parking lots that have not reached capacity.
Please contact the bicycle parking lot counter for information on available capacity.

2. Submit an application form and issue a regular use card (accepted at the counter of each bicycle parking lot)
Please fill out the necessary information on the following documents and submit them to the manager's office of each bicycle parking lot.

② Copy of student ID, school commuting certificate, etc. (only for those eligible for student discount)
(For those who have not yet enrolled, a copy of a document that can confirm that you are planning to enroll, such as a certificate of acceptance)
③ Current regular use card (only for those currently using the bicycle parking lot)
*Please attach "② Copy of student ID, school commuting certificate, etc." to the back of "① Regular use permission application form" and submit it.
*If you are eligible for a fee exemption, please bring the following two items in addition to the above.

After the application is accepted, we will issue and hand over your commuter pass card, so please pay the fee.
3. Pay the fee and attach the commuter pass (sticker)
Insert your commuter pass card and cash into the ticket machine in the bicycle parking lot to purchase a commuter pass for the period of use. A commuter pass (sticker) will be issued when you purchase the ticket, so please attach it in a conspicuous place on your bicycle or moped.
The sticker will show the expiration date of the commuter pass, and if you purchase a one-year commuter pass, you can use it until the end of March. If you purchase other types of commuter passes, please be careful not to let them expire.
*If you use the parking lot without attaching the commuter pass (sticker) or if it has expired, the manager may lock it with a wire or something and ask you to pay the parking fee according to the number of days you used it.
The deadline for issuing commuter passes (stickers) is the 10th of each month. Please note that if payment of the fee and issuance of the sticker are not completed by this date, your application will be canceled even if the application form has been submitted.
● About cancellation after applying for regular use
・ If you cancel your use before paying the fee
Please come to the bicycle parking lot counter where you applied or call us to cancel. (If you call us, we may ask you for your date of birth, etc. to verify your identity.) Please return your issued regular use card to the bicycle parking lot counter or city hall counter.
・ If you cancel your use after paying the fee

Please note that the amount of the refund will vary depending on the date you completed the procedure at the counter.
・ If the application is completed at the counter by the end of the month before the start date of use
The full amount of the payment will be transferred to the specified account.
・If the procedure at the counter is completed after the start date of use
The amount paid minus the parking fees up to the month the request to cancel the use permission was made will be transferred to the specified account.

- If a cancellation document is submitted by April 30th for a commuter pass that can be used from May
→The full amount paid will be refunded. - If a cancellation document is submitted on May 1st for a commuter pass that can be used from May
→The amount paid minus one month's fee will be refunded.
